"I have ordered from them for years, but this time....Unbelievable. Ordered 2 trick or treat bags for the grandkids on 10/17 to be delivered 10/29. 10/29 comes and the order status has never changed. I checked almost every day. Called the company and was told UPS could not find address and they had emailed me about this. um no to both parts. It's a regular street address in a medium sized city that I have sent to at least monthly for 5 years. Called UPS. They have no problem with address. Gave them the tracking number, they have never seen this package. PC says they will have delivered on 10/31. In time for halloween? Who knows? And seriously, they just don't care. What I am really upset about though, not a screwed up order, but being lied to about it."
