"I had a promotion code applied and followed a link for free shipping. I have screenshots with both the promotional price and the HUGE free shipping banner. The free shipping never manifested. The website gliches and allows both, but then removes the free shipping. Spoke with customer service agent Susan and her supervisor Diane (from the call center in San Diego). Both said, pretty much too bad. Only one is applied regargless of what the banner and the shopping cart shows. I feel this is a deceptive practice, the website should have informed me that the free shipping would drop off. If I was not paying attention tot he totals, I would not have noticed. I don't feel Personal Creations stands by their word. They simply provide excuses and apologies, but try to trick at the last second into paying more without any warning."
