"While the price of the item is reasonable it seems more of a sales gimmick. Shipping is too expensive. On top of that there is a Care and Handling fee. What the heck is that? No one else on the Internet charges extra for care and handling. Care and handling seems to be automatically included in the sale with all the other online vendors. Just seems like a way to nickel-and-dime us if we were to qualify for free shipping. Free personalization? Not really, since we pay so much for shipping and care and handling. My intelligence feels insulted, and the only reason why I'm buying is because I already revealed to the recipient what she would be receiving as her late gift at her graduation pool party earlier today (I shopped online before the party and saved it in my cart, but didn't have time to complete the check out until tonight). Otherwise had I realized at the time that I would be jacked for these insane charges I would have thought of a different gift and went somewhere else."

"I have bought several personalized items from Personalcreations. O recently bought my niece a pillow case with her name on it. Her younger sister ( 1 yr old ) it so much I had to get her one too. I tell everyone about your site. I am very dissapointed however with the price of the shipping , The pillow case can fold into an envelope it’s so small, and yet it’s costing me an extra $12.00 for shipping, care and handling! Shouldn’t every product sold on any site be handled with care ? The shipping charges are just too much. If it weren’t that my niece wants that particular pillow case , I would have ordered from Amazon with free shipping. I love your site, and was actually thinking about getting the girls matching towels, but I will not pay the price you are charging to ship."
