"I sent for the dog food which I love for my dog, and was surprised to receive cat food instead. I called the customer service and the girl who took my call was very gracious, and did offer to make things right. I did finally get the dog food I had wanted, but had to buy other dog food in between. Also I realized even though I had a coupon for 40% off, I could get the dog food at a pet store in my town for about the same price as the sale price on PetCareRx.

The people were nice to deal with, however considering the price really isn't a savings I will not be sending for any food from them again."
