Wednesday comes, still no package. I guess they need to figure out a different shipper or else order your pet's prescription about a month before you need it."

After several days after the partial order, they canceled the remaining order. This process was not timely. The only communication received was an email saying my partial order had been shipped and then several days later an email saying the rest of the order had been canceled. I recognize there are supply and shipping issues, but it would have been helpful if this could have been taken care of timelier so I could have moved forward with another supplier."

"With two large dogs I go through a lot of food. I've been a Chewy customer for years but I've switched a lot of my purchases to PetCare. Their prices are better than Chewy especially if you become a member for a nominal fee. Their deliveries are fast as well. Although they do not have a large selection of product like Chewy, they make up for it in better pricing."
