"I placed my order and they needed to confirm with my vet. Maybe I didn't read something, so I didn't realize they were doing that. My vet has us under a my son's name and not mine, had I known, I would've provided additional info. Communication is always good. Let us know!
Nevertheless, they were able to connect with our vet and get it straightened out, but it took days. I had hoped for a quick delivery after that, but like most places nowadays, they seem to be using USPS which is "SNAILMAIL" in my opinion; and I have tracking on it and it takes forever. Seems like they could've sent it differently considering the delays, I am a member of their VIP program afterall. Needless to say, I'm disappointed."
