As a longtime and decent size orders customer, I thought they’d understand once I called them as an already worried upset puppy mom. I couldn’t use the 2 cases of puppy food I ordered or use the freeze dried natural food, as my pup was placed on antibiotics and Rx only puppy nutrition diet. They refused to pay to ship the $90 of items I needed to return. The shipping alone would cost me more than that. Not to mention I was keeping the rest of the $258 order items I purchased. I thought PerRx was about they’re customers. I was WRONG!! CHEWY.COM has an absolutely better refund/return policy!! I’ve switched already! "
