"More like 0 stars. Bought 9 cat grass kits. Tried growing 5 of them one at a time. None grew. I have been growing cat grass for over 10 years and have tried a dozen other cat grass kit brands and never had a problem growing it until I ordered a bunch of it from petcarerx. I called customer service to complain and at least send back the 4 unopened kits for my money back. They did not allow it. My money went in the trash and my time wasted while none of my kitties had cat grass during the entire christmas and new year season. Lots of guilt tripping from them too.

Petcarerx relentlessly calls my phone with a machine demanding that I put in my refil order when I never signed up or agreed to anything of that sort.

Anoying company that will never get my business ever again. If they call harassing me about putting in a dam refil order I will be reporting them to the BBB."
