"I placed my cat food order 12 days ago and it's still not here. When I ordered I was not told how long it would take to get here, nor was there a choice for faster shipping. A lot of websites give you an estimated arrival date right when you order. This site does not. My cat is out of this food, has been for several days, so I have had to get something else to supplement. I had no idea it would take so long. I will find a different site to use in the future."

"Twice now, I have had to call customer service to ask for a refund and jump through the hoops to certify my damaged cat food. It takes forever to get a representative on the phone. Then I was asked to send them pictures of the damaged cans. I am not good with smart phones or computers. Unless they notify me that the requested pictures were received, I don't know if they are going to refund/replace the damaged cans. And, yes, this last time the first person I sent the pictures to never acknowledged or put in for the refund. The second person did a great job and put in for the $4.19 refund. The cans are getting damaged due to poor packaging of the cases of food. They are crashing around in boxes way too large for the product. PetcareRX needs to learn about customer service and packing from Chewy."
