I stopped using frontline after my purchase and went to a prescription pill which killed one of my dogs. I just got the information from Amazon today and will be filing my lawsuit Monday morning. "

"I recently purchased a 'Military No-Pull Tactical Dog Harness' from this pathetic store, only to received a completely wrong harness. Before I placed and paid for it, I read the product description, looked at photos and decided to proceed, because the photos had a 'hook' in front of the harness, because it's the type of harness I've been looking for it for a while. However, what I received in the post, didn't have a 'hook' in front of the harness as clearly shown on the pictures on the product page. I went back to the site to check the details, and the product page has been removed completely. I sent them an email about returning the product because it didn't meet my needs, and it also says on the website I can return If I'm not happy with it. I got some bs story about paying for postage myself if I want to return it, which it's not stated on their website about me paying for postage. Something tells me these pathetic people are scamming everyone online. DO NOT BUY FROM PET-GO. Spend your money else where if you want quality products and services."

"SCAMMERS!! DISHONEST and MISLEADING COMPANY!!! It should be called DON’T BUY HERE because they mislead and cheat their customers. I placed an order for an item that was priced significantly lower on their website than others. Why wouldn’t I, who doesn’t want to save money where you can right? A few hours later I got a phone call saying that they were canceling the order and refunding my money because the price on the website was wrong. When I suggested they should honor the price they advertised on their website because it was their mistake not mine, the owner Corey said I was very entitled because I wanted to purchase an item at the low price THEY advertised. How dare I want to purchase something at a low price? Any reputable company, or at the very least any company who wanted to be known as being fair and ethical would have honored the price, absorbed the loss for the mistake they made and learned from it. I also spoke to someone at the company named Kelly who advised me that, according to their terms and conditions they have the right to cancel the sale for any reason. I asked both Kelly and Corey (three times) to send me a copy of the terms and conditions where it states they have the right to cancel an order, they both said they would email it to me and I have yet to receive it. I was then told by the owner Corey to look it up on their website which I’m sure if it didn’t exist then, given their shady business practices, it does now. In addition to being called entitled because I want to save money, the owner Corey said he was going to block my number and never take another sale from me again. I think it’s safe to say that I and anyone I know will never deal with such a crooked company with such shady and questionable business practices combined with such horrendous customer relations, not to mention the rudeness and unbelievable immaturity of the owner Corey. If a negative was possible I would leave that as their rating. "
