Sham!

"I placed an order and when I tried to pay it wouldn't accept my credit card. Switched to my debit card, still wouldn't accept payment. Just ended up deleting the order as this seemed a little fishy. My bank just contacted me (2 days later) for fraudulent activity on my account. I never use my debit card for anything online. Now I remember why."

Don't do it!

"There are so many places to buy pet merchandise that are more reliable. When submitting my order, the site switched my coupon raising my price by 20%! It took a call to customer service, and they did credit the difference. But then I waited 2 WEEKS to discover my order hadn't even shipped. I tried to cancel, got stonewalled for several days, and they finally relented. But this was way too much drama and way too little service to ever be considered a reputable seller."

Worst experience & they don't care

"On APRIL 19th i placed an order for a teal dog bath $150. On APRIL 29th I recieved the order but in RED. The box is clearly marked red but the packing slip states teal. My home is grey and teal ie. The main reason I paid more from 1800petsupplies for it to match my home. I reached out to 1800's customer service for then to ask me to send picture proof (I figure they thought I was color blind). I sent picture proof that the tub was RED. I was told on April 30th that they will have ups pick up the wrong one the beggining of the following week and will ship out the correct one asap. I made sure someone was at home to ensure we did not miss ups, Monday, Tues and weds, on April 5th I tried calling and never got through so I messaged 1800 on facebook asking why the wrong one had not been picked up and where is the tracking number for the correct teal one. I was called by a manager. The MANAGER told me that she would ensure the correct one was sent out on the 5th or the 6th at the latest and in that box would be a return label for the wrong one (story #2) on May 11th i reached out again on Facebook asking why i STILL have not seen the correct one or a tracking email about it. It was explained to me that this item is coming from another manufacturer and they basically take NO RESPONSIBILITY for them screwing up. That they are still awaiting a answer from them on tracking and they would let me know when they get it. Wow!!! Just wow!!! I work for a distributor myself and when a manufacturer makes a mistake I ensure it is taken care of in a timely manner so 1800petsupplies assumes NO RESPONSIBILITY I am sure most of there products if not all are bought from other manufacturers so DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, THEY DO NOT CARE."

I wish I had never ordered!

"I ordered on 2/14/2020. Money out of account on 2/15/2020, supposedly wasn’t shipped until 2/17/2020. No way to track, never emailed a receipt. Told to check junk mail. Good thing I screened shot the order. Was told it’s shipped within 7-10 working days. I’m on day 11, nothing. They won’t give me where they ship from when I asked, ignored that question. Can’t find address for them on file. Probably about to ge out $90! "

Never had a problem

"I have made 4 purchases so far, and this is the 5th. I have not had a problem other than a seemingly long time for delivery. But the product has been correct, and priced right, and works as described. I hope that I don't have any of the problems that people have descried. I don't for see any."

Shipped flea medication?

"I ordered flea med. on 8/28 and today is 9/8/19 and still no flea medication. I called the company and the language was way too broken to understand. There is also no shipping number for me to be able to track the order as far as shipping goes."

Don't use this company

"Avoid doing any business with this company. on 12/24/2018 I ordered two items rawhides and a $50.00 gift card for my daughter. The first time I called them to find out about the order was 1/14/2019. They told me that new customers have to verify the address and an e-mail was sent to me. Well I never got that email nor was it in by spam or junk file. So I verified it verbally. On 1/16/2019 she finally received the raw hides. NO GIFT CARD. So I called the 800 number again and talked with customer service. They told me they don't mail out gift cards they send them via E-mail to the one that gave the order. NOT to the address that was to receive the gift. I never got that email ether.
I canceled the gift card. I will get my daughter a new gift. I will never do business here again. Hope they can at least get the credit back into my account for the gift card I canceled.

Bio Spot for Cats Allergy

"I purchased 6 boxes of 3 applications for my cats. My cats are having adverse reactions to this product and PetSupplies.com will not accept a return of the 3 unopened packages I have left. I'm living on Social Security and cannot afford this loss of almost $100!!!!!!! PetSupplies.com do not accept returns of medications even if the packages are unopened. They told me this and ended their email with

Horrible shipping practices and refund policy

"I purchased two back yard flea spray bottles through their site because it was the cheapest I found looking online. After almost two weeks, I finally checked the tracking number on my package, Fedex had reported it damaged in shipping. I then emailed the customer service, did not receive a reply back in within 24 hours. I then called them, the lady was nice enough on the phone, she proceeded to re-issue another shipment for me. I received the items about about a week later (USPS this time). The cardboard box was crumpled and wet. Upon opening, I found each of the bottles in a separate halfway closed Ziplock bag, one with electrical tape wrapped around the neck of the bottle?!? One was completely empty, the second one half empty. There was barely any material packaged in the box to prevent damage. I called their customer service the next day, and questioned what type of packing guidelines do they use? I think it was a combination of poor packing, and the delivery service TRYING to get it to met in reasonable shape, not sure. But I told them I'd prefer a refund this time, the only option I was given was to have a physical check issued to me in the mail. From an online store? Skip this place folks, it's not worth the hassles."

Bogus Website????

"This is one shabby, or bogus website. I placed an order...there was suppose to be 25 % off. There was no percentage off. Then as I went thru the check out process there was an added handling fee. Shipping was suppose to be free. Then during the check out process there was an option to use Amazon to pay for the purchase. I used the Amazon option. I received an email with an Amazon order number. I thought the order took, but did not see my order under my Amazon account (not sure if I was suppose to) and never received an email about my order being shipped. I call the company and spoke with Lydia. She was far from polite, or helpful. She continually referred to me as Mamn...tho every time she did so her voice dripped with condensation. I gave her the amazon order number one and she quickly said the order did not work, or take or was transferred to amazon. I asked her to repeat the number back to me and she refused and then said she no longer had the number. She told me to call amazon. I asked to speak with a supervisor as it was obvious that she did NOT want to be helpful. She said someone would call me back. I told her I lived in Mexico (and I do, but have a bill to ship to address in CA) and she transferred me to someone's email. This company sent me an email giving me 30% off my next order and pretty much for kicks I put together another order and noticed BEFORE i check out that there was no 30%...just the usual cost of the items already on sale. I think this is a bogus company...one of those that has a person or two who runs the website from their home and may, or may not be a middle person who has someone else ships stuff out...even if they do have products to ship out. What a useless waste of time and then I saw their rating of being a 1.7 on line. Never again, this company is the S--t's! I think you can fill in the blanks. I will stick with Chewy.Com with two large orders a year and drive to CA to pick them up and supplement with Petco who will ship to my PO Box. "
