What they don't tell you, of course is the 30% is off their inflated prices, which brings the total for what I wanted down to the price I have paid at other sites for a few years now... The price would be $66 after the "discount", but that's my price anyway
THAT alone will make me stay away from this shady company, but the other reviews help as well... They think people are too stupid to check their prices against other retailers, which is strike 2 for me... There is no 3rd strike when I shop places"
"Not sure why this store has such a poor rating. We ordered 4 units of a somewhat hard to find nutritional supplement despite the ratings. Had the credit card company on speed dial just in case things did not work out. The order arrived today (48 hours). Prices were very competitive as well. We would not hesitate to re-order when the time comes."

"This company's customer service is a joke.... We spent $64 on ferret food which arrived yesterday and took about a week to get here. Come to find out when we open the box that it is the incorrect food product from what we ordered. When I called customer service and advised of the situation all I got was the repetitive "well sir, due to company POLICY, this and policy that" that the soonest they could ship us the correct product was next week (monday) which is another week from now... After informing both the rep and the manager that our pets needed food in the next day or two before they run out of food completely - we were advised that they will "not" refund our order until we ship back the current/incorrect food product that was sent to us by the company... Instead of the company offering to pay to overnight us the correct bag due to their mistake I was offered to have to pay 50% of the overnight shipping costs again because of "company policy"??? As if we didn't spend enough money for this order already and they want us to pay more out of our pocket to fix their mistake? The company didn't even give us the option to just keep the incorrect food product - which would in reality correct and avoid the issue of them running out of food this week. So basically we have to go to another store in the meantime and buy "another" bag of ferret food until we receive the corrected product shipment from this company next week. I have had excellent customer service experiences with both Amazon and Wag.com compared to what we just experienced with 1-800-pet-supplies and we will return to those other companies for future pet orders while avoiding this money hungry company."
"I received the wrong product they refused to accept a return on it. be sure to read the fine print they do not accept returns on many of their product. the help desk is just rude and plan mean spirited. I will not do any business in the future there are other websites that have deals just as good if you look."
