Pex Universe might consider offering another shipping option. I have my order's Fed Ex driver on my security system acting unprofessional and giving my package barely acceptable handling. UPS drivers are the best: happy, friendly, efficient, and willing to go above and beyond at times. There is a distinct difference in US Mail, UPS, and Fed EX service. Fed EX is consistently terrible with my deliveries.

I have had poor experiences with Fed EX shipping in the past. My order with Pex Universe was positive except for the sub-par Fed EX shipping."
