"I spent enough money at philosophy.com in the last few months of 2020 to accumulate WELL over 2000 Rewards points - which equals $10 off whatever - yet the points weren’t showing up in my account. (There were several other problems with my Rewards Account on the website as well.) I contacted C.S. - via email, so I could include screenshots - at least five times, and got the same useless responses repeatedly: (“…that part of the website isn’t working right now…”, “I can’t seem to find your Rewards points…”, etc.). I never did get a resolution, and finally got so frustrated with non-resolved problems and the follow up emails asking if my problems were resolved (NO!!) that I told them to quit contacting me. And now ALL my Orders and Points History have TOTALLY disappeared from my account.
This company makes very high quality skin care and body & bath products that are sold on the world’s most famous TV shopping channel and in many well known and high end retail stores. I’ve been buying them for years from various sources, and KNOW they’re top quality products. But their website is absolutely one of THE worst websites I’ve ever encountered. They clearly don’t invest in good website design or support, or in adequate training of their C.S. agents. There’s absolutely NO excuse for this level of website performance. It’s also essentially fraudulent to promise Rewards Points to customers, but then not make them available to the customer to use. Philosophy.com needs to get its online act TOGETHER!!"

"Quality products. Not a great selection and they had some sense that may be stronger and some that arm wonderful even to the sensitive nose. I like the fresh cream it smells like Cool Whip. They make you feel silky and smooth and smell great. Plus the shower gel serves as a shampoo and bubble bath!"
