"I shop exclusively online due to covid and this is probably worst experience I've had...ah the reason I didn't shop online before. You think your getting the "free offer" and 2 weeks later when you finally get your order no gift. This website was more clunky then most,didn't make membership easy, said I could only enter one code (okay, fine) but then obviously deleted the item I wanted (the free bday gift bag with trials)!!!! "I placed an order on 3/29/21 and it was left - tracking with ‘placed an order’. As of 4/6/21 I have not heard anything with tracking. I called and philosophy said that it was in a hold (stuck). Good thing I called! So I asked if they could expedite the product due to their error. She said yes. I will get it in 10-12 working days! That’s expedited!!!!

"The experience as a whole wasn't bad...however I WAS disappointed in the Amazing Grace Shower jel/ Bubble Bath/ shampoo. Its HORRIBLE when used in my hair.. ( hair turned instantly stiff and there was no lather) quite expensive stuff for what it is. The scent was so faint it couldnt be smelled when I got out of the shower. Even the cheap hotel crap you can smell throughout the room after showering. There were lots of free gifts and samples.. but that doesnt do anything to make the stuff I bought to be of better quality. Wont order that stuff again.. EVER."
