"There was a promotion if you spent $90, you could get a free Time in a Bottle. I spent the $90, to make sure I got the gift. added the coupon code to my order. I’m also a rewards member and it put that in. When I got the item, I was missing the free gift. They said it was because I had two coupons in there. I didn’t realize the rewards member code was a coupon code. When I emailed them to see if they could just take the rewards coupon off and just charge me the full price so I could get the gift, they refused. For as much as I spend on philosophy products each year, I was very disappointed in their customer service. "
