"I bought a cross body bag in August and after 15 emails they still will not send me a refund label. One zipper hangs up on the inside. Their latest response was to oil or wax paper the zipper. In one email response they said they were sorry about the shoes. Wherever that came from, I have no idea.

If I could give it no stars I would! They are simply horrible. My mother and I ordered backpacks for me and my four siblings a month prior to school starting. I order my backpack individually first, 15 days later no notification of shipping, nothing. I email them and surprisingly they reply around 24hrs after saying that my item (Black Multi-pocket Waterproof USB Charging Port School Travel Backpack) was out of stock, I check on the website and it does not say so! Then I ask for a refund. My mother had bought he same ones two days after I had placed my order, they shipped one bag from each order (very small and HOT PINK, she did not pick that color for ANY of the bags!) and never shipped the second bag"
"This company is as fake as the word itself. Please be aware and never ever buy items from again. I stupidly made two orders about three weeks, unfortunately their website is showing that one of the orders have been partially shipped with no further information when to expect the remaining balance on that order. Then the second order i was told items are out of stock. I have tried to reach them via email several times in the past few days to no avail.

"Received wallet, I got what was ordered but too small and had bad mildew smell. Through email they kept pointing out that it would cost me too much to return it to them so they offered me a 10% coupon. I said it wasn't wanted as I was not ordering from them again and return shipping was only $10. If they wanted to refund me 1/2 of the full price I wouldn't return it but otherwise, it is coming back. Have asked for the return address several times and not received it. Facebook messaging only gives a auto reply and nothing done. The last email says "Could you please try put some lemons or coffee beans into the bag and air it for a week? " Nope, just give me the address."
