"I wont buy ever again from this company, We could not understand their customers service, they said that they are in California but when you talk to them Im having hard time understanding their english, they can't convey. This company is a fraud they will ask for your credit card info they will send you an order confirmation, when I was waiting for my item to be shipped it took longer for them to call me, and would inform me that the items that I was trying to purchase are currently out of stock and it wasn't their fault? Why they don't have inventory lists of the items that they are selling on their website? Prior to that I ordered before they shipped it after 3 weeks the items were damaged and they told me that I've to pay for the restocking fee and return shipping fee. OMG it was not my fault that they delivered a damaged items. Train your customer service are they an alien or what?"

"Terrible merchant. Advertised $65.15 for a picture scanner. They refused to ship it because they said it was below their cost. Eight days later, no scanner and their system says that they cancelled my order. Beginning to believe that they are a scam. Don't buy from them."

"I went online and purchased a CPU from this company. I ponied up my CC, even got a reciept order number. I waited all weekend for someone to call me back in broken english that the item I ordered is not available, however, they could order me one for 210.00 when the one on line was one 50.00 with their mandatory $50.00 minimum order!!

Bogus!! I think that we should report this company (or sham) to the Attorney Generals Office in CA. All those ready to join me!

"Vendor does not have the items they list on the website. If you order from them you take a chance. Absolutly do not rely on what their website says. Even after they advised me they could not provide the item....their websited continues as of this post to show it available. Pretty frustrating"

"I was searching for a NAS online and found an item via google shopping, and I even confirmed its availability and price via their online chat system, and then ordered the product, and 25 minutes later the same person I chatted with sent me an email stating that their system was wrong and it was actually a dvd burner... not the NAS - also found the item brand new on geeks.com for 1/4th the price... BAIT AND SWITCH!!! BUYER BEWARE!!"

"To all who are willing to read this;

With all due respect on both sides of the transaction, I’d just like to say you will not find better customer service anywhere on the Internet than at Pinnacle Micro / EZ Systems. My circumstances were nothing short of the dreaded IT nightmare we pray will never happen to us. It was like the entire realm of dark forces had amassed and joined forces to foil our every attempt to resolve my motherboard issue. First off, I want you to know that after much searching, I found “the best” refurbished price on the web at Pinnacle Micro / EZ Systems, so I ordered the board. Everything went flawlessly from the purchase in California to the delivery in Atlantic Canada, until I installed this “well priced” proprietary HP motherboard. Then I discovered it did not work. That’s when I heard the Alfred Hitchcock Psycho screech echoing in my mind. My client’s main machine was down and payroll was weeks behind and the motherboard from California doesn’t work. Doah!!! The guarantee was 30 days so I called Dave for the first of many conversations by phone. Being the top notch friendly and reassuring fellow that he is, Dave immediately quieted that Psycho theme of terror rolling around in my head. To make a long story short, Dave stated he had replacements in stock and sent me the info I needed to send the bad one back; and I did. Two days later, the returned MB arrives in the US. 13 additional days later, after multiple phone calls to Dave and who knows how many emails back and forth tracking the package, the MB finally arrives at it’s destination. “Hurray!” “Here comes the replacement!” "NOT!!!" To our mutual shock, there was not a replacement MB to be found anywhere. Apparently, whatever the hold up was at the US border (I believe something of a terrorist nature was going on at the time), enough time had lapsed for all the remaining motherboards in stock to be sold. Even though the 30 day warranty period had passed, Dave being the first class support representative that he is, saw to it that I was credited a full refund including shipping and the brokerage fees levied at the border; My confidence in Pinnacle Micro / EZ System as a credible, trustworthy organization soared. My willingness and desire to do business with Dave and his company is solid and guaranteed. Thanks Dave for what I believe was the best customer support service I have ever experienced on an Internet transaction.

"I purchased a tv from their website and then they said the tv is unavailable and that they would not send me a tv at the price i paid even if one was available. They said that their was an error in listing and by their terms and conditions they were not bound by the order - HOWEVER we never click anything to say we are bound by their terms and conditions. The owner called me to apologise and still would not send anything comparable even after offering 200% more USELESS COMPANY AND USELESS WEBSITE BUYER BEWARE - only redeeming quality is their honest about being idiots "

"Ordered two monitors at a great price and paid for them. Received confirmation and everything looked good. Then I get a follow up email that stated the price was wrong and I need to pay 455% more plus additional shipping costs (177% more than quoted).

Thier response: "Placing an online web order off our site is not a binding contract. We do state in our FAQ Page that prices and availability are subject to change at anytime without notice. Our Inventory listing is not real time.”

BAIT and SWITCH!!! STAY AWAY!!! There are too many reputable dealers out there to waste your time with these guys.

"This company is great. I purchased am item from them but it did not work with my system. I contacted them and a very conserted effort was done to locate the correct product to no avail. "many problems with this company...

1.) i contacted 3 csr through online chat. all three were not able to find if an item is instock and promised to email me back. i never got an email back from all 3 of them

2.) item in stock on website is not accurate. they claim to have the item in stock, but they actually don't. contacting them won't help either since they csr can't find that information

3.)if the item is out of stock, they don't contact you right away, they wait 2-3 days

4.)i ordered the product because it was the cheapest out of all online stores. website shows they have item in stock. i get the email a few days later saying it's out of stock and my order has been cancelled (without my consent). i go on the website and see the price of the item went up 700 dollars (it was for a laptop) and in stock. bait and switch much?

"Order a Dell 3100cn duplexer which they said they had 10 of in stock and according to the website would ship the next morning. Well the next day came and the status said, 'On Order' meaning they clearly didn't have the item in stock. Once again it said they had 10 in stock. I wrote and asked them to either ship the item or refund my money and to their credit they refunded the money without a problem. However don't waste your time ordering from these people as they clearly don't actually have in stock what they say they do."
