"At first, I was a bit dubious about ordering from this company after reading some of the negative reviews from others, in the UK, who have dealt with them. However, my doubts were put to rest after placing my first order with them on the 8/01/2018 and seeing it fulfilled 9 days later, on 16/01/2018, when Royal Mail delivered my order to me safely and intact.

I was expecting a surcharge or customs tax - going on some of the reviews I'd read - but I was happily surprised when the post lady who delivered my package cheerfully handed it to me and went on her way.

When I opened my package, everything had been carefully packed and was in order, including the enclosed invoice. The items I'd sent for were in strong, attractive containers and were just what I wanted.

I thought the vitamins I'd ordered were good quality products and certainly value for money, and the airmail shipping costs were surprisingly reasonable too; and when factored in with the cost of the vitamins I'd ordered were still competitively priced when compared with similar products sold by other companies on the internet.

Also, when I contacted Piping Rock regarding a query I had about my order, they got back to me promptly and assuredly put my mind at rest. So what more can I say except I would highly recommend this company for their reliability and customer satisfaction. Ok, so your Royal mail service and your government rip you off, I can't see how this is Piping Rocks problem.
I ordered 7 bottles of minerals and vitamins from Piping Rock.
The freight charge from New York to my little hamlet of Tenambit was just over $13.00AU delivered to my door.
Tenambit is about 2 hours out of Sydney.
As a matter of fact they arrived today in less than two weeks .
It's hard for me to understand why the UK customers pay roughly the same freight and yet Australia is about three times the distance .
Personally I think you guys get ripped off and having been in London a couple of times and having paid 5 pound for an ice cream in Green park I would believe it.
As for the efficacy of the goods I received, I cannot say, nor will I test them, if they aren't what they say they are then that is a case for the USA consumer affairs to police.
I will order again , because the cost is way way less than what I pay here for Blackmores,Swisse and the likes .
What can I add ? nothing, I don't have a complaint.
If I get an invoice from customs for any extra charges I will let you know and adjust my review accordingly."
