"Ordered and paid for a replacement defective compressor on June 20, 2020 from original May 2, 2020. Sent back defective part as directed and was expecting my refund to hit my account 2 days afterwards. This did not happen! Pit stop shipping me another compressor. Call to ask what happened and where was my refund. Customer service said that it was their mistake and that as soon as I received the part to refuse it and it would be sent back but couldn't issue a refund until the part was received by them. Now we are into August 6, 2020. I called and demanded my refund back ASAP. Once again I was told they couldn't not issue the refund until their mistake was received by them. I was furious! In the mean time my bank account was overdrawn because of this. In addition I have $75 of overdrawn fees to deal with. Finally today August 19, 2020 I finally received my refund of $181.00 almost 60 days later. Run fast and order your auto parts somewhere else, just not from pit stop. You will be disappointed!"
