"sometimes, play-asia usually cancelled my preorder items on the release date, if the items already released, they still opened the order for that item in terms 5-15 days / 2-4 weeks, I'm already had a high expectation for it, but they cancelled it because they can't get the items I want.

And for very popular items, they just wrote, "preorder announced soon", i think it would be better if they already know how much items they gonna get, and opened the preorder just for people that want to buy.
