"Play-Asia has a great selection of games that cannot be found anywhere else. As an American consumer, there are many games that often do not get a physical release locally due to a perceived lack of demand. For these types of games Play-Asia is easily the best place to find them. I've purchased from them many times and I've always gotten exactly what I ordered, often with a bunch of stickers thrown in for free. Only real negative is that shipping is a bit slow. That said, I really don't mind because I would never be able to get some of these products any other way. The website is also really easy to navigate and you can sign-up for alerts that will let you know when specific products you are hunting down come in. "

So I canceled my order and I was supposed to get my refund after 5-7 days back to my card. Now it’s been 15 days and I haven’t received any refund at all. All they tell me is refund was successful please contact your bank for more details. So now I opened a claim with my bank and waiting for a resolution…"

Then I tried to order these games on January 19th. They were both in stock. But they didn’t send them to me, they said that my stock would come only on January 30th. And today, when they are both on the website in stock, they tell me to wait until February 10! I have left $3,000 on the site for the last two years, my status is Shogun. And they have such a disregard for me. Tech support tells me to be calm and wait another two weeks. When both games are available on website now !!!"
