They promise to track down an answer with their shipping coordinator and follow up by email. Surprise - email is never sent. When I demand to stay on the phone while they check the status, I'm magically cut off the line every time. Now I'll have to dispute the credit card charge and my bath project will be weeks behind. I should have listened to all the others who had the same issues - please don't make the mistake I did."
