"My shipment was destroyed in transit (by Fed Ex) and delivered on a Sunday. Plumberstock isn't available on weekends, and my multiple chat attempts and emails were never responded to. I called a number of times and every time had to wait in long queues. Once I reached them, they quickly sent a replacement product, and I'm waiting to see if Fed Ex destroys it too (Porcelain toilet).

If you want any chance of refusing delivery (and not have broken porcelain dropped on your doorstep... in my case Fed Ex picked up the destroyed toilet, and redelivered the very same toilet two days later... still waiting, after multiple phone calls, for Fed Ex to pickup their garbage), request a signature delivery on ordering.
