But I have to wait and see if it really will be a full refund, because of the way their paperwork works with the warehouse... "I found Plumber's Stock via a Google search, by typing in the model number of what I needed. I do think the company website needs a more robust site search, as when I came back to the site and inputted the model number, it did not take me to the page.

And the reason I am giving 4 stars, is because we were told that we would receive an email notification of when our product shipped. We did not get one. Also, it was sent FedEx and required a signature and we were not in the front office to sign for it.

Other than that...the pricing was excellent and I got exactly what I ordered. "
