"I received my toilet in a timely fashion, but it was completely broken. I informed them of the situation and was made aware that I could have a new toilet sent to me (which would have been 4 weeks later) or a refund. In fear that the same thing could happen again, I opted for a refund. I lost the money for shipping, which was almost $50 and I was stuck with all the trash from a broken toilet. Fortunately, I didn’t have to plead a hard case for a refund and the people I emailed with were friendly, but I will NEVER attempt to buy a toilet online again."
