"Ordered a Watts gate valve on 5/23, received a A.Y. McDonald gate valve on 5/28.
Contacted customer service on 5/28 and sent them the photos of the valve I received and inquired whether that had the correct, valve in stock, said they would check and call back.....no one called back!
Called them again on 5/30 and they requested the valve back and would ship out a replacement when I provided a tracking number, which I did. Today is 6/1 and no valve has been shipped and I still don't know if the Watts valve is what they intend to ship.
That, in my opinion, is lousy customer service! Order form them and you're not going to be sure of what you'll receive or when.
