"I ordered a filter on May 1, and paid $20 for 2 day delivery. As of May 5, nothing, so I send an email via the website. No response to the email. I called them on May 8 and was told I could cancel my order as it is back ordered. However, there were 43 at another warehouse. Finally the guy said he could give me a discount that amounted to about $6. So I accepted and canceled the 2 day delivery. I also received free shipping. He was a nice guy, but not well trained in customer service. At no time did anyone communicate that the item was back ordered, until this guy told me. To the contrary, my Oder showed it would be shipped in a day. Not a pleasant experience from a company that says they have great customer service."
