"Horrible experience and I deeply regret spending almost $700 for the Grundfos Scala2 115V pump through PlumbersStock.com. I placed order 81C427DE on 7/4/2020 and requested overnight shipping. I did receive a new pump quickly, BUT it was a previously used pump that was dusty on the outside, had water on the inside, and was missing two O-rings (100b O-ring D40.0 x 4.00 2) so I could not use that pump. I had another SCALA pump on hand that I will be using in a few months, so I took the O-rings out of that pump to get this one working. Called and e-mailed PlumbersStock.com and essentially they said that they couldn't order the 2 o-rings and that they would give me a $50 credit so I could purchase on my own. It is now 28 days later and NO credit on my credit card and, of course, no o-rings. I should have purchased through HomeDepot.com since they don't ship faulty, previously used products out to customers. The whole scenario has turned into a huge nightmare. DO NOT USE PLUMBERSSTOCK.COM BECAUSE THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE END CUSTOMER!!!!!"
