"Ordered a Toto toilet and it arrived broken when the (undamaged) box was opened. I've called, emailed and texted them...texts and emails go unanswered and calls just go to voicemail.

I contacted Toto so see what they would do and it turned out that PlumbersStock repackaged the toilet into another box so Toto wouldn't cover damages. So I'm out $700. DO NOT waste your time with PlumbersStock the "deals" aren't worth it."

"It is horrible because the exact same thing has happened in the last 18 months over 4 orders. You keep telling me that my credit card was declined (I contacted the bank, and was not true) and you request my CC number again. I have never provided the card number through that request. Order 1 never showed up. Orders 2 and 3 showed up and I only knew it was coming because my CC account got charged. Order 4 which was just a couple of weeks ago went into the wind I guess.

Your prices for what I have ordered and tried to order are great, but I think I will have to search for another supplier.

"One of the worst customer service I’ve dealt with. Ordered an item that stated in-stock and ready to ship according to their website. Come to find out 5 days later after not receiving a shipment confirmation that the item is made to order and will ship from the manufacturer. Asked to cancel the order due to their false website information but was told over the phone and through email that they would have to contact the manufacturer to cancel the order. To me this is a scammy move because they’re delaying the cancellation process so the item will eventually ship, for I don’t know how long I’d have to wait, so they can keep the sale. Then I would have to process a return which would take a long time for sure. I would never do business with this company and I highly recommend for others not to buy from this company as well."
