"DIYer. 30+ pieces arrived within several days of completing my order. For some reason, they did not carry an 8x8x8 WYE, so I had to order from Home Depot (at, probably, double the cost per). Gauge was the same, and quality was comparable - had to foil tape air seal all the seams from both. I sent an email question to their customer service and received an answer the next day - I believe his name was Adam. I will definitely check their site again when doing something related."

"Ordering process was easy, however there was an issue with shipping. I ordered the part on 8/10 and after I didn't receive a tracking number, I called for an update. I was given a tracking number and was told that the part had shipped out on 8/15. After waiting a couple of more days I called back on 8/24 and was told that the part had already been delivered on 8/12 and if I didn't receive the part, then I would need to file a claim. She sent be the link to file the claim and the link said that the part was still in the process of being delivered. I called back and was told that there was insurance on the order and they would send me out another part because it showed as delivered in their system. I finally received a part the following day on 8/25. "
