No follow-up with Plumbers Stock to see if I was real, but the gentlemen that assisted me over the next 10 days was very polite and kind. "I'm glad Plumber's Supply had the parts I needed, however, they charge $4.99 for a tiny faucet stem to be shipped and then an insurance fee on top of that! When I called their number to ask if I could order multiple items and have them all shipped at a lower rate, I spoke with someone (in another country?) who was nice, but knew no answers to my questions about shipping. I wish I could actually have talked to a person on site."
