I followed the instructions on website to contact C/S for assistance. I did and was granted the excellent care of Grace, who intervened in correcting me.
I forwarded all correspondence with the manufacturer to Grace for retailer to review. She followed through, with frequent updates ans answered all emails in a timely manner.
With all Grace and Craft Direct negotiations with the manufacturer, my machine will be returned for service.

"Very easy purchasing and ordering."

"I've used Plumberstock twice. The first purchase, an inexpensive one, went well. The item price was great, the item was in stock, and the item arrived quickly. NO ISSUES. The second time I went to purchase from Plumberstock, again the reason was for great pricing. However, after the initial purchase and the charge issued to my credit card, for the next two weeks there was no package delivery and no communication from Plumberstock. So I called customer support. I was told that the item was back ordered and that they were going to contact the manufacturer. The next day I called again to check on the status of the order. Again, they said that they would contact the manufacturer. Two more days, I called again. I was told that they didn't have an estimated arrival date for the item. So I asked to have the order cancelled and have my transaction refunded. The customer service agent assured me that this would be done (I even received a confirmation email about the cancelled order and the refund). TWO WEEKS LATER I called asking about the status of my refund. They said that there had been a mistake and that it hadn't been refunded. Now I was finally **** off. After the customer service agent assured me that it would be refunded within 48 hours, I said, "give me proof right now that the refund has been initiated or I will file a claim with my credit card company." After being on hold for about 10 minutes, this service agent was able to issue me an official Paypal refund number. This was a lot of hassle, but they were able to make me happy in the end. This all seems to have been the result of bad communication compounding over time. I may order from them again in the future, but I also may not. Saving $20 is sometimes not worth the risk of all this hassle."
