It was CLEARLY stated in the product description on their website that the battery was included. Needless to say, it wasn't. During repeated attempts to resolve the issue via email I was asked to send pictures of the box and the invoice which I did. I sent pictures of the item CLEARLY showing the model number and the screen shot of their website page description which CLEARLY states that the battery is included on that model. They told me to contact the manufacturer. BAD BUSINESS!!! Do NOT do business with this false advertising, misleading company"
