"Ordered pump. Received email confirmation. 24-hrs later they email saying order cancelled bc "did not pass our order verification process". WHAT??? I call the customer service who tells me to provide either a different cc, email or phone number. THAT sounds fraudulent! UUUGGHH I'm a military mbr with EXCELLENT credit and would have taken my business elsewhere if not for fact they had pump in stock. Suggest they get a new security verification process or loose business ;-("
