"I purchased a utility sink from Plumbersstock. They failed to send a notification that the item shipped and didn’t provide a tracking number. They apparently buy the sinks in bulk and ship the sink in their own packaging. The sink wasn’t properly packed to prevent damage, so the sink arrived damage. Customer Service solution was to submit a claim to Route Insurance. Problem is that Plumbersstock didn’t notify Route of my order. Route is supposed to track the shipment and assign their number. So, I have to wait to see if Route is going to cover the claim and I’m stuck with a cracked sink. This company will not take responsibility for improper packing and shipping their products.
