"Ordering and service was top notch. However when dealing with some shipped other freight was horrible. Freight held up from one item and wasn't going to be delivered when was told. Kept telling me estimated but I asked several times to be sure there by date given and told yes. Well wasn't and supervisor didn't wanna talk. Eventually they did call me back, checked warehouse etc and gave me more info. Was on way then didn't communicate with driver so he was fed up couldn't get down driveway so wanted delivered across street to parents house. He was extremely irritated. Once got misc packages in ups liner was wrong size as well after making sure several times also. Learned so much and wouldn't have ordered if wasn't for customer service be amazing. However supervisor straightened it all out but if want by certain date and tell me then should been there bc had everything from sand, installation etc scheduled around it arriving."

"My product took 3 weeks to come in due to some card verification I had never heard of before or ever had to do from the thousands of orders I have made in the past. I had a customer on my back for the product and ended up having to order from another company. I attempted to return the small package or resolve the issue with this company. That was impossible. The product was not even shipped out yet and they where going to charge a 10% restocking fee and another 10 dollar credit back fee. I mean talk about failing to work with the customer. I will never order from this incompetent company again!"
