"Awsome to deal with. I bought hayward color logic lights to go with my aqualogic system.There was a problem and the local pool store technician who came out told me the lights were faulty. Pool supply sent another light overnite. The second light did not work either. I called pool supply and they conference called the hayward company. The tech talked me through it only to find the problem was with the aquqlogic that I had bought at the local store. Hayward immediately sent me a new motherboard at no cost. "I purchased the FibreStars Fiber-Optic to LED conversion kit from PoolSupplyWorld.com. I was a bit apprehensive and contacted them asking if this was a DIY project or if it was something that warranted contacting a pro. They put me at ease that it was something I could do. I ordered and my conversion kit was at my door in 2 days, much quicker than anticipated. I studied the installation guide and it really wasn't a big deal. My main concern was that it would be much more difficult to snake the cables from the pool to the unit than I expected. It was not a problem at all since it turned out that the fiber optic cable required flexible conduit, so there were no elbows to contend with. When hooking up the electrical connections I found that I had an extra wire for the fiber color wheel in my existing installation. Not knowing what to do with it, I called PoolSupplyWorld. They immediately knew what I was talking about and told me simply to cap that wire. I wouldn't be needing it anymore. The entire project took about 3 hours and that was only because I was being very methodical about it. It could have taken way less. I couldn't be happier with this purchase or the entire experience."
