"We ordered our polaris 360 and are very satisfied with its performance. Pool Supply World pricing, delivery of product was great. The only complaint I have is the unit we bought had been previously purchased but never used. A warranty rebate on the unit was $50.00. When I called to find out the status of our rebate refund that is when we found out the unit had been previously purchased and a rebate had been previously filed and fulfilled on the previous purchase. Seems to me there should be some kind of checks and balances for these types of actions. We didn't pursue anything further. However, as stated earlier, the pricing was great and delivery of product was great and we love the Polaris 360. It really does its job. Just would be very cautious in the future on rebates!!!"
