"I was so surprised of the price of my Zoduac WO300 -Baracuda G2. It was so easy to put in my pool. It works realty well going around the whole pool. My pool is 31ft. Long and 17ft. Wide. The only negative is I haven't received my receipt to send for my rebate

4/21 Ordered clear 12mil pool cover
5/7 Received blue 8mil pool cover
5/9 Contacted poolsupplyworld and was told that the correct cover would ship to me as soon as it's ready and I can throw away the current cover or use it until the new cover arrives.
5/22 Received e-mail from RMA department asking me to return the cover to them. (at this point I already cut the pool cover to fit my pool). After contacting them again they said I didn't need to return it, but once again taking more of my time to get it resolved.
5/31 Asked for update on my new cover and received no reply.
6/5 Was told "it's taking longer than usual because the supplier is very busy with new orders" This speaks volumes about Pool Supply World who continues to fulfill new orders and forget about the one they screwed up. I told Briana that if this wasn't resolved by 6/8 that I would report them to the BBB and dispute the payment with my credit card. Briana told me the cover would definitely ship by 6/8 and will probably ship by 6/6.
6/11 The cover still has not shipped and I received no updates as promised by Briana. I will be reporting to BBB and disputing the charge today.
I will absolutely NEVER order from poolsupplyworld again. I had been working with them to replace my diving board at $700. I'm glad I found out about how the company operates before placing that order.
UPDATE: 6/24
I just received the replacement cover 6 weeks after I first contacted PoolSupplyWorld and they sent the wrong cover again. The original order was for 24x40, 12 mil clear cover. First time they sent me 24x40, 8mil blue cover. This time they sent me 20x40, 12 mil clear cover. I'm sick of waiting so I now have to live with a pool cover that doesn't completely cover my pool. PoolSupplyWorld has reached new levels of incompetence with their Supplier Quality system.
