"Received a defective motor that would overheat within 5 minutes of usage. I contacted Poolzoom and received a return shipping label and sent the motor back via UPS. The return process went very smoothly. Unfortunately, I have not received a refund on the credit card and it's been over 45 days. Also, I have not received a response to my email inquiry regarding the refund from "Alex Zoom" who sent me the return shipping label. I need to know the status of the refund but Poolzoom is not responding."

"I didn't get to use the Compasitor for my pool pump due to the pool pump was the problem . i would differently use poolzoom again because of the excellent service and quality of products. I am keeping the Compasitor for a back up in the future."
