I called first thing Monday and spoke to Jeff who assured me the order was already being fulfilled from a distribution center much closer to My Home state of NY than Texas. "I ordered items to fix my pool filter using Poolzoom’s website for guidance. My filter model was listed as well as the replacement parts for it. I thought this was great as I’m not a pool tech.
When the parts came in, they were not compatible with my filter despite their own website’s information!
I returned items that were incorrect about a month ago and my credit was initiated today, only after calling to inquire about my refund. “We’re very busy with returns and haven’t gotten around to managing all return items” , is the response I received from the Return’s Department. How many returns do they have and maybe the misinformation on their website needs to be checked.
On top of all this, I was also charged a fee to return the incorrect items. "
