"Have only used the Nautilus Plus three times so far, so I can't say it's performance is better than the Tiger Shark I have been borrowing for the last two years from my sister-in-law. The Plus can definitely climb steps and get up on the shallow platform better, but did get stuck there twice as it was sideways along the short wall. The Plus is lighter, and doesn't seem to "stick" the the walls as aggressively as the Tiger Shark. Honestly, haven't had to clean a very dirty pool yet, so that will be a better test of it's performance. The overall surface size of the Plus's filters seem greater than the Tiger Shark. Lastly, watching the Plus move around the pool, if it was a human, I'd call it "challenged". Maybe I'm missing something, but if this thing has some type of "sensing" technology, I'm not sure it's working right. Moves around kind of haphazardly, and doesn't always fully climb up a wall before it backs down.....
Bottom line so far, buying from Poolzoom, A++. Performance of the Nautilus Plus, to be determined....."
"Received part very quickly and product was exactly as described. The old hose was stiff and would constantly get tangled up. The new hose is very flexible and has not become tangled so the Polaris is cleaning the bottom of the pool much better. The hose was longer than what I needed, so I downloaded the manual for the Polaris 280 and followed the instructions to trim the hose to the correct size for my pool. The hose does not include the back-up valve ( which was stated in the description ) which was fine because the back-up valve on the old hose was working so I took it off the old hose and put it on the new one making sure that I placed it 4 ft behind the Polaris. Overall I am very happy with the purchase."

"Their shipping estimates are misleading... I ordered with what I thought was 4 day delivery, and they didn't even ship it for 4 days. Turns out 4 days means time "in transit," which doesn't much matter if they don't ship promptly. Then, I said I really had to have it the next day, to be installed in time for an important event, so they charged me $150 for overnight - KNOWING that they wouldn't actually get it on the truck in time for next day delivery. Sure enough, it didn't arrive, and they refused to refund the $150. My credit card company is now pursuing the matter.
Summary: If you want good prompt service and a "do it right" attitude, this is not the place."
"This company's customer service is absolutely terrible!!!! Sent me wrong items and have spent numerous times talking, emailing and chat trying to get a response to a credit back and correcting the order. Was ready to still buy another $170 worth of items and these guys just can't get it together. You have to pay out of your pocket to return an order screwed up. Great pricing but not worth the headache to try and resolve the problem."
" I recently purchased what I thought was a T-15 cell by Hayward for my grandmother's pool. I received the part in the mail and opened it and the part was filthy, as if it were a used part. I immediately called the returns department to return the part and exchange it for the one I needed. I received instructions on how to return the part and did as I was instructed. I then had to call back almost a week later and ask about getting my refund. I received an email shortly after the phone call notifying me of my refund. I noticed I was being shorted 53 dollars and some change. I called and asked why. Ray got on the phone and said it was return policy to charge a 20% restocking fee. He was very unhelpful and rude. I guess it is poolzoom's policy to steal from their customers by charging 53 dollars and change for a 50 cent box and to have an employee check it back into inventory and place it back on a shelf. I would think they would to encourage repeat customers by working with them a little better and being more helpful. I suppose my hopes were a little high to think o would be treated fairly. "
"I purchased a Dolphin Nautilus Plus Robotic Pool Cleaner with Pro Caddy. It took 10 days to ship. They got their money the first day I bought it. I ordered it on July 7th. I didn't get a confirmation shipping "E" mail for 10 days and only after I sent them an "E" mail asking them where my stuff was. I would NOT recommend them for buying anything you want in any reasonable time period. The rest of their service waits to be seen. I don't have high hopes. Terrible company!!! "
"I ordered two parts from Poolzoom on April 19th. After receiving my order, I realized that one of the parts I had ordered was the wrong part. I requested, and received an RFA from PoolZoom, and returned my product in early May. As of today, I still have not received a refund from the company.
"Mica" in customer service emailed me on 5/24 that "I apologize for the wait on this. We are going to do your refund, we have had a back log unfortunately. But I will grab it and push it through for you."
That was over 6 weeks ago, and still no refund.
I'm a first-time customer, and definitely a last-time customer too. "
"I purchased a floating pool umbrella as a gift for Father's Day. The item was shipped free. Basically, the wind blew it over as soon as it was placed in the pool. The item costs over $170.00. I returned the product which cost me $25.00 Fed Ex. Then was charged an additional $12.19 restocking fee. So I paid over $37.00 to try an item that does not work as advertised. I inquired about waiving the return shipping - as you know they have a corporate account. I understand the restocking fee. I would even take a store credit to purchase a pool noodle or float. Not even an offer. I will definitely not order from this company again. I will shop local or shop Amazon only. Sorry - first time customer definitely the last. I followed up with a phone call to inquire about a shipping or restocking waiver. I was told no this is a really hot item. They sell hundreds of them. "
"I was a little nervous about buying a complete feed hose for my Polaris 360 from PoolZoom because I had never ordered anything from them before and the price was $100 cheaper than my local pool supply store. I was so excited when the hose was delivered four days after I ordered it. It was not some cheap knock off and it works perfectly.

"Poolzoom, has very good pricing, but be prepared they are not above stretching the truth on shipping. I spoke to a Poolzoom representative about the availability of some parts I needed. He assured me they were in stock and would ship the next morning via UPS, putting the parts in my hands within 2 days which was important as we were leaving foe a trip in 3 days. Happy to hear glowing assurances from him about their shipping methods and speed I ordered my parts. Well it took the 2 days to ship and rather than using UPS as promised, they used regular USPS! I called Poolzoom to follow up, on their shipping practices and the very nice lady I spoke too said yes they sometimes use USPS as there shipper, just kinda whenever they wanted and my complaint about their shipping practices weren't the first she had received! So to make a long story short if you need your parts asap don't trust them to deliver as they claim they will!!"
