"These folks are wonderful! We ordered a jewelry armoire from them, which we understood to be a Chinese made import. Available on most major on line resellers, but Post's price was competitive, and their reputation good here, so we ordered from them.
Thanks to UPS, or the ship from China, it arrived damaged. Joanna from Customer Service at Post bent over backwards to make sure the refund was processed in a timely fashion, and communicated daily along the way.

It would be nice to know in advance that something isn't in stock and will take 3 months to receive but they haven't told me that or an exact date it will be shipped. I know writing this is just a waste of time because neither this will get posted nor will my order ever get shipped."

"I purchased the Homelegance Silas Cherry Bonded Leather Headboard Eastern King Bed; SKU#P342117K-1EK. I made the purchase from PostFurniture because the price was unbeatable. I was a bit leery ordering at first from an online company that I was not familiar with. However, when I called the woman was very nice and helpful in answering all of my questions. The bed arrived in about one week as the representative promised. Everything arrived in great shape and all parts appear to be enclosed; as I have not put the bed together yet.

"I ordered a vanity set from post furniture.com a month ago. They weren't the cheapest, but also not the most expensive, but they did offer free shipping. When the item came I did have to help the delivery driver unload it, but I'm a young guy, plus shipping was free so this really wasn't a big deal.
After ordering I initially received an email that part of my order was out of stock and it would be a few weeks, though I received another email two days later that the item was back in stock and shipping soon. The email itself was written in broken English and when I tried to call their customer service I got a message that this number,s mailbox was full. I eventually got through but the reps I talked to were definitely ESL. Not a big deal generally but when I'm dealing with a +$500 purchase I would like to have clear communication, especially when the item is delayed.
Nonetheless the item came and I am very happy with it. It was undamaged and took less than 3 weeks to arrive. I would definitely order from them again, though I"m not wild about their customer service situation. "
