"I ordered 2 posters from Amazon from them. The first package arrived completely butchered. The bottom half of the package was barely held together by packaging tape and the poster inside ripped and mangled. The 2nd poster I ordered was suppose to arrive by a certain date. Shipping trackment was not provided. So far it has been 4 days passed the time the poster was supposed to show up and still has not. I contacted the company but they have not responded. Absolutely awful. I’d give this negative stars if I could. "

"I ordered 2 t-shirts from their website on the 25th of November and it was shipped 2 days later via World Wide Customs Brokers (without tracking). I received it today and the t-shirts were exactly as described. I did, however, email their customer service (by replying the order confirmation email) a few days ago regarding the status of my order and received a very prompt and helpful reply advising me to contact them again on the 23rd of December if my order still hadn't arrived so they could arrange for a replacement to be sent. Thankfully, that was not necessary. Now that I know the shipping time from the US to Australia is about 25 days, I'm quite happy to order from them again when they have sales."
"I stupidly ordered two tshirts from this site before checking any reviews, the second my details were all put in and I pressed confirm a notice came up informing me my card had been declined.. but the money had been TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT. I have absolutely no confirmation of my order except for the money they have now stolen from me. I emailed them straight away but I'm sure I will probably not get a reply. Planning to contact my card company to see if I can somehow get my money back."

"DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE PEOPLE. I ordered two posters and two sets of hangers. I received two posters both damaged because of poor shipping containers and only one set of hangers. I got the run around when I tried to get assistance. Additionally I started my order on posters.com and got somehow redirected to P.R. and received order numbers for both P.R. and Art.com. The most confusing part of this is that none of the prices add up. The prices on my original order, on the invoices when I received the posters, and the total of the prices quoted on the website are all different. If I hadn't been redirected to P.R. it would have cost me less because the exact posters on allposters.com were three dollars cheaper each. Beware of all three of these websites!"
"I ordered 3 posters and some poster hanging strips. Wanted things here in time for a party for my kids so I paid for expedited shipping. Two posters arrived 5 days later. Not exactly expedited but it was fine. I've not received the other items. After several emails(allow several days to get a reply) I finally got a reply that they were out of one of the posters. This was more than 2 weeks after I placed my order. They said they already refunded my money but it's been several days and I still haven't seen it on my account. The poster hangers still haven't arrived and I just sent them an email asking for a refund for those too. One thing that made things more complicated is that the 2 posters that did come were in 2 different packages. I had one tracking number for all 6 items even tho 2 were in different packages and 4 hadn't even shipped. As far as I could tell 4 were lost in space somewhere. I really think the company is just some young kid working out of his parents garage or something. I won't be a returning costumer for sure!
Maybe it's partially my fault for trying to save a few bucks. Definitely wasn't worth it."
"They advertise as a wholesale distributor of new posters, they sent me nearly 100 posters removed from their packaging, rolled together and thrown in a box. Edges are worn and damaged. Customer service is terrible. I keep getting bounced around from one rep to another. No progress in over a week. I am likely going to file a formal complaint with my state's attorney general."
"The first time I ordered 3 posters from them and they all arrived together even earlier than I expected and in fine condition. So I decided to order 3 more from them. I only received 2 posters even though I was charged for 3. I have emailed them several times and have gotten no answer from them and its now been over a month. "I am pleased with my experience with Poster Revolution. I clearly read the explanation of shipping policies and they kept with their word. I received them all within 10 days. I ordered 16 posters of varying categories and they shipped them in 3 durable tubes, the posters were wrapped in brown protective paper as well and in perfect condition and the prints are lovely. When I contacted them about the timing of my delivery, I was responded to the next day with detailed tracking information. Use the contact page on the actual site. Will order from them again if 16 posters is still not enough to deck my apartment!!"
"I ordered a large item Dec 4 with estimated delivery Dec 14-18. Clearly a Christmas gift and it said it would arrive in time for Christmas. When I kept checking on it the message said it was being prepared for delivery and delivery date would not change. On Dec 18 Amazon sent me an email to contact seller that it had not shipped and they replied I would receive it in up to ten days. On the latest estimated delivery date they shipped it ground shipping from California to Virginia with estimated arrival date of Dec 26. I emailed them that it was a Christmas present and they needed to speed up shipping or send me another by air and get it here before Christmas and I did not receive a reply and had to order product from another vendor for $10 more to arrive in 2 days. Amazon canceled my order but now I can't leave bad feedback for them which appears to be why they have a high rating on Amazon."
"It has been a month and a half since I placed my order with Poster Revolution, and I have not yet received my entire order. What I have received has trickled in over that month and a half in six separate shipments. I did use the "contact us" feature of their website, and someone responded quickly but only with a generic message saying they would get the rest of the order out to me soon. That was bout three weeks ago. I know I will never purchase from them again."
"After I ordered a poster from poster revolution, I read the reviews for poster revolution and they were bad! I started getting skeptical, and I almost called my visa to get a refund back. However, I did email the company and I received a reply back, saying it should arrive at my house soon. Well a day or two after, it did! It took about week and a few days to be delivered. So I have no idea why the reviews are so bad but my experience so far (the first time) is good not bad!
Maybe ordering one order and not many at the same time should be a better idea for some people? Either way I don't think they are scammers.
I do want to note that I did use the contact us option on their website, but I never got a reply even after trying twice (maybe that feature doesn't work). However, by emailing them directly at ****@****, I received a reply after a day.
Overall, I will use them again in the future, but I will always be skeptical just because of the very bad reviews. Until I get a bad experience with them, I think do not think they are scammers at all! As I got my package that I ordered!"
