"After an initial discussion with an agent through the online chat function, I placed my order with certain assurances regarding price and timeliness of the delivery. The next week, however, I was told the time frame given wasn't possible and that I would need to upgrade my shipping to get it by the previously guaranteed time. I ended up paying as much for shipping as I did for the items. Shipping is grossly over charged by the company. I send things internationally that cost less and arrive earlier than they did with the company. Very bad customer service over all. The end product, also, seemed very unsturdy, but we'll see. "

"I was impressed with Postupstand from my very first interaction with the company... which began with a live chat! I had questions about which banner stand to purchase. Also, I didn't even know what size I should get! I sent a picture to "Matt" during our live chat of a picture of a banner that I wanted to replicate, and he was able to give me the dimensions. He also sent me a pdf so that I would have the specifications I needed to correctly design my banner.

I submitted my order, and was happy with how smoothly the internet transaction went. My design uploaded easily, which I can tell you from past experiences with other companies, this is usually the most frustrating part!

Next, I received an email from "Tina" and she was concerned about the gradient that I had used for my design... as she thought it was a bit blurry. I was so happy for her input! I would have been sad to have received my finished product and not have the graphics crisp and clear! So, I submitted a new background, and my order was promptly finished and mailed.

I mailed the banner to my church, and when they got the stand, they didn't know how to get the banner out! :) I called the company, and the receptionist was so sweet, helpful and patient as she walked the Pastor through how to retract the banner from the stand.
