"Great! I just received a call from UPS to deal with Canadian Customs. I don't know what the damage is going to be. A bit sad about that but obviously there is nothing you can do about Canadian Customs taking their pound of flesh."
"The ordering process was not very organized for ordering multiple items. Each item required a separate order and then some orders were handled by one person and other orders by another person. This made it very difficult to communicate changes and approvals after the fact, especially when there was a small user error that I needed to correct afterwards. You should have a cart system where you can order multiple items all at once in one cart.
Otherwise the materials came in quickly and had all of the correct artwork and quantities. "

"I had three areas of dissatisfaction:
1. The plastic face on the poster is not clear, but frosted, so you can't see the poster content all that well.
2. The design needs improvement because it is difficult to keep the poster straight--it tends to tilt a little, left or right, and there is no way to tighten it so that the frame does not tilt.
3. One of thepull-up stands (the chrome backbone) arrived stuck in the down position. It is obvious that the mcdse. was not checked prior to shipping. I do not even want a replacement........

"I paid for two postup table banners, two weeks before someone contacted me saying that they never received/approved my artwork. I shouldn't have to pay before my order is complete, and neither should you. Now it'll take a few days for it to ship, and another week or two for it to arrive. With that, they even charged me extra for faster shipping without my approval. That will put my order at over a month from the time I paid to the time I received it. They even had the audacity to tell me that "no one emailed me" to tell them that I uploaded my artwork. The customer shouldn't have to tell them how to do their job. This was a process on their end that they needed to have figured out. They really need to work on their communication line, and until then, don't expect great customer service."

"It took 2 weeks to find out that I did not have the art work needed to complete the design. my account was charged 2 weeks ago and I have to wait another 3or 4 days to
get credit. My thoughts are you shouldnt bill until artwork is approved."

"My experience order the stand was positive. The online system was much better than many I have used. I received an email confirmation and proof from the printer and was happy with that. I also put in the wrong zip for the mailing address and Postupstand.com called when FedEx could not deliver the banner.
