"This was my first time to purchase from PBM.com. The MacBook PRO mid 2010 13 inch top case, arrived on time and was well packaged. Te problem was, it had spill damage (coffee or something like it) and was not documented in their system. It was rather obvious that there was an issue since the Liquid Indicator at the Trackpad had been removed and there was added tape to hold down the plastic cover under the keyboard. Not happy that my customer is waiting another week or more to get another part in to complete the repair due Last Wednesday. The customer service person (a female) was quite nice and did a nice job.
