"They are the worst. If you order from them on Amazon and leave a neutral or worse review, they (Jason I'm guessing) generally blames the customer and in some cases flat-out misrepresents the truth. How these d-bags manage a 95% rating on Amazon is beyond me. Like suggested above, avoid like the plague!"

"I'm disappointed that I ordered from this bunch of crooks before checking here first. The only reason I bought from these clowns, rather than my usual supplier (Powersports PARTS, who are excellent - see here: http://www.resellerratings.com/store/Powersport_Parts) is because Powersports Parts didn't stock the items I wanted.

I ordered three parts for my Yamaha Banshee:
a Motion Pro CR Pro Throttle Kit;
a Motion Pro Idle Kit; and
a Cycra Pro-Bend Racer Pack for 7/8in. Handlebars

When I eventually got my package I discovered that the twist throttle kit was missing. There was also no packing slip in the box so I don't know whether they just missed them out or whether they were sent separately and lost in transit as I never received any notification of dispatch either. I have since emailed them on numerous occasions to request a new throttle kit but they have not replied to any of the emails over the past few months. They still have my money and I don't have a throttle kit!

If Powersports Superstore are reading this, my order number was 58985. Please contact me to resolve this issue!

"CLOWN'S the head supervisor Jason L works directly under the owner of the company who will not speak with any customers, and does not have a voice mail to leave a message.

Placed my order over the phone after 2pm on Friday 11.4.2011 and i asked if this order would ship out today. I was told no that I missed the deadline for shipping today, and that it would ship out on Monday. I was fine with that. I checked my bank account and YES they charged my card....good...order is processed and ready to ship out Monday 11.7.2011.

I called on Monday 11.7.2011 and got Jason L. the Head Supervisor - no one above him but the owner who doesn't have time nor technology for customers - and he explained to me that my order was not finished processing and that my product would not ship out until maybe Thursday 11.10.2011 or Friday 11.11.2011.

He then proceeded to preach me their information on their web site about processing/shipping/etc. I did not place my order through their site, i placed it over the phone with a human, who sits right next to Jason L - Head Supervisor, directly under the owner who does not have time for customers.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! RUN AWAY QUICKLY!!!

I cancelled my order and placed it with another online retailer that beat this places prices, and was guaranteed a tracking number by tomorrow.

"Avoid this company like the plague! This company doesn't stock the items they offer. There shipping prices are over the top. Your cart only qualifies for free shipping if you buy items that are over priced and have the shipping built into the price. If the item is at a price lower then a competitors it wont qualify for free shipping. There prices on their website do not match there prices on amazon."

"I ordered a RK chain for my VFR on 7/26/11. Online info said it was in stock. My credit card was charged 7/26 and the chain was shipped 8/2 via USPS from TX arriving in NJ on 8/5. I sent an email to Powersport on 7/31 asking for an order update but did not get a reply. I'm a happy camper since I did not need the chain right away and I wanted the best price I could find. I would buy from this outfit again."

"I should have known better than to buy from an online business before checking here. My story is much the same as others you see here. I ordered saddlebag supports for my wife's bike. They were listed as being in stock. Five days later my credit card was charged and now they are listed as back-ordered. I have a feeling this is one of those fly-by-night companies that doesn't keep any inventory in stock and only orders the parts when one of their customers makes an order. I've tried calling repeatedly and always get their answering service. Emails are never returned after multiple attempts. Take your money elsewhere to a company that deserves it. This company doesn't"

"Ordered and received Frogg Togg rainsuit, Hogg Togg. The seated leaked the first time my used it. Aipper on jacket stuck after using it 3 times. Called Superstore. They said they are so sorry but they can't help me out. I guess now I'm the sorry one. Customer service rating 0"

"I recieved what I ordered 8 calander days after placing my order. The parts I ordered were pretty much what I expected (It is what it is). The reason why I would not order from here again is thier misleading same day shipping, Free shipping took almost a week to process WTF. Any order over $74.99 ships free O.K. but why does it take a week to throw the parts in a bag and ship it?
Bottom line....If you want your stuff in a few days you will have to pay extra or buy some where else.

"Everything that has been posted about this company is true! They are the absolute epitome of customer service when it comes to online sales. Unfortunately, I fell victim to their low prices and ordered a couple of items before doing my research. The items were "in stock" but later changed to "back ordered" with an indefinite delivery date. The company has made absolutely no attempt to contact me regarding my purchase, the back order or the resolution of my cancellation/refund. Their telephone number is not for business. It dumps all calls directly to voice mail. Unless you like dealing with reversals with your credit card or PayPal, I would advise against ordering from this company."

"Made the mistake of ordering some extra lenses for my Smith Optics sunglasses from these guys. I ordered four separate sets of lenses, all of which showed an in-stock status. FIVE DAYS LATER they decide to inform me that they are not in stock. I won't bother trying to order again from a company which is so inept at keeping track of their inventory."

"I need to inform shoppers of an experience I had with Powersport Superstore of Cedar Park, TX.

On 11/29/10, I purchased the Kuryakyn rotor cover and Ring of Fire for my GL1800, paying in excess of $ 200.00. The items were subsequently received and installed. Finishing up on the installation, the last bolt to tighten was the M 6 x 1.0 x 23mm BSCS shoulder bolt in the lower front fender. There apparently was some defect with the bolt to the extent it wasn’t usable.

On 2/7/11, I called Kuryakyn, explained my problem and asked if they could send me a replacement bolt. Finding I did not purchase the item from them, they suggested I contact Powersport store who could then contact Kuryakyn for warranty service. I immediately called the Powersport store, spoke with Jason, customer service, explained what Kuryakyn told me. He said he would check it out and be back in touch within 2 days. After 8 days of no response, I contacted Powersport again and was told by Jason they were working on it.

On 2/22, I heard back from Jason who suggested the only solution was I return all of the product back to them and they would see what they could do. Since I had already installed on my bike, glued the Ring of Fire to the rotors, had discarded the boxes and modified the wiring to accommodate a switch, I thought his suggestion was ridiculous when I only needed 1 bolt. I asked Jason if they would accept the return of all these items since they were all assembled at this point and was told he would need to check further. He also told me Superstore didn’t obtain product from Kuryakyn so would not deal with them on warranty issues. I then asked to speak with Brian Orrick, president of the business. Jason refused saying he was the customer service rep. and was the person I had to deal with. I told him I wasn’t happy with his answer and wanted to speak with someone higher up. He refused to allow this.

Obviously, I won’t be purchasing any further items from Powersport Superstore.

"Watch out! They Tell in you big letters that they ship the same day, but in the small print, they have a lot of exclusions to this (including if you order two or more parts). They fleeced me once, but it will never happen again. Wanted to cancel my order as its going to ship way too late but they want a 20% restock fee (although hadn't shipped and was in the same "processing" stage that it was the moment I placed my order). "B-" BBB rating tells you something."

"After reading a few bad reviews, I was apprehensive of ordering from them. Their prices were substantially cheaper, so I decided to bite the bullet. They also provided me with a 5% coupon code, just for asking for one via Facebook. Very good customer service.

I ordered two tires and two tubes on June 29th. It shipped the next day, and I received it in 3 shipping days. Everything was new and as described. I have absolutely zero complaints about Powersport Superstore, and would not hesitate to order from them again.
