When I Received My Order I Only Found Only Two Items In The Box. I Called Their Customer Service After I Found Out I Didn't Get All Of What I Paid For. Their Customer Service Answered, and I Explained To Them What Was Missing From My Order. He Told Me That They Shipped All The Items In The One Box And He Will Call Me Back After He Made A Claim With UPS. After Waiting Five Day With No Return Phone Call. I Called Back, And Got There Answering Machine, So I Left A Message With My Order Number. Two Days Passed With No Return Call, So I emailed Their Customer Service. I Finally Got A Return email Back: "I am very sorry for the inconvenience. We have checked with our warehouse and our shipping dept and it has been concluded that the product was indeed shipped. Based on the weight of the original package and our inventory. Your order has been the only order for that product in the last 6 months and the inventory reflects the correct count. You may want to check through the packaging again."
